Account Administrator - Direct Mail & Fulfilment Totton, Southampton


An exciting opportunity to join a leading print management and direct mail organisation.
FT Solutions require an Account Administrator with direct mail knowledge to join our busy mailing house in Totton, Southampton. In the first instance to cover maternity leave and may lead to fulltime permanant employment.

Account Administrator role
• Pro-actively manage designated accounts, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into briefs
• Oversee and monitor individual client accounts, ensuring they run smoothly and that all problems are dealt with effectively
• Booking and creating jobs on our in house system
• Liaise with internal contacts and suppliers ensuring that all client projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Invoicing and reporting
• Support colleagues

Experience required for this Account Administrator role
• Relevant experience in an account Administrator or supporting role
• Experience/awareness of a mailing house environment
• Awareness/knowledge of the mailing industry
