Trainee Office Administrator

We are a Communication and Branding Solutions Provider for Print, Mail and Procurement based in Hertford.

We are looking for a Trainee Office Administrator to work as part of our internal sales support team.  This position would suit a person looking to start their career.  Candidates must have a good knowledge of computer systems including a basic knowledge of Word and Excel.  A polite and confident telephone manner is essential.

 

Duties to include:

  • General PC based input – entering enquiries, quotes and orders onto the system
  • Communicating by email and phone with both suppliers and customers
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and arranging international shipments
  • General filing
