Trainee Office Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an Trainee Office Administrator to work as part of our internal sales support team in Hertford.
Candidates must have a good knowledge of computer systems including a basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
A polite and confident telephone manner is essential.
Duties to include:
• General PC based input – entering enquiries, quotes and orders onto the system
• Communicating by email and phone with both suppliers and customers
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and arranging international shipments
• Helping with distributions in our warehouse which will involve the picking of products, lifting of boxes onto pallets and wrapping of pallets ready for despatch
• General filing
